Individual Blog Post #2

After analyzing our data after the second run of our Protein gel electrophoresis, both the runs were similar except one was a bit lighter than the others. We faced no big challenges because the procedure was relatively easy. The only error I would discuss is the amount of DNA that appeared on the gel band which may alter because of how much muscle we put in the samples.
My question to other groups is depending on the organism, do the appearance based on visibility different from each other? Is one band lighter than the other? If so then I think a solution could be that the amount of DNA you put into the sample, or it could be because of varying organisms.
