Group Project Individual Blog Post by David Tang

2/08/2017

In our Project, we are doing compare with light meat vs. dark meat in a same type of organism. Usually light meat will found in turkey or chicken breast meat, because of these muscle doesn't require as much oxygen from the blood and doesn’t have much activity on muscle. Dark meat is usually found in the wings, thighs, and drumsticks because need provides a more sustainable energy in muscle. But is their protein sequence being same or different? We’re going to find out soon.
