Our main idea in this research is that the chicken and turkey hearts are more closely related to each in their muscle protein structure compare to the duck heart even they are coming from a common ancestor.We also decide to use beef heart too and we are assuming that is going to be our out group. Then we also going to compare the turkey and chicken breast and also beef sirloin and we were assuming the chicken, duck and turkey will have the same protein in their muscle structure.We still believe that beef sirloin also will be our out group since it does not have common ancestor with any of our birds.
